To report warranty issues on your project, please email hydroproleaks@gmail.com with your name, address, contact information, invoice number and a description of your issue. Photographs or videos detailing the issue are a welcome addition to help us troubleshoot. A representative will respond to your inquiry within two business day
Hydropro Leak Detection, LLC warranties our workmanship for a period of one year from the date of the projects completion date, any subsequent repairs or callbacks will not extend or renew the original term. Parts and equipment will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. It is the responsibility of the owner to complete any required parts or equipment manufacturer warranty forms and to keep any required data records. Hydropro Leak Detection, LLC does not express or imply any warranty on the programming of any pool components e.g.(automation systems, pumps, and apps). We do not cover the use of any utilities such as electricity, gas or water as a part of our warranty. Owners are fully responsible for monitoring utilities to prevent excessive use. Hydropro Leak Detection LLC’s warranties do not cover damage caused by force majeure, misuse, accident, or unauthorized modifications.
Hydropro Leak Detection, LLC warranties repairs that we make and the new fittings and plumbing that we install. We do not cover the remainder of the plumbing for the pool/spa. Hydropro Leak Detection, LLC warranties our workmanship for a period of one year from the date of installation, any subsequent repairs or callbacks will not extend or renew the original term. Parts and equipment will be covered by the manufacturer’s warranty. Parts and materials damaged during access, cleaning, removal, etc. (e.g. valves, covers, tile, grouting, pavers, pool surface, ect.) are not covered under warranty. We do not cover the use of any utilities such as electricity, gas or water as a part of our warranty. Owners are fully responsible for monitoring utilities to prevent excessive use. After completion of repairs debris will be cleaned from the work areas to the best of our ability. Final cleaning, refilling, and balancing of pool chemicals will be the responsibility of the customer. Call backs for suspected leakage in bodies of water that did not have a leak detection performed and/or that were repaired but the repair was found to not be leaking are subject to a service charge or full leak detection cost at the discretion of Hydropro Leak Detection, LLC or the technician performing the call back.
Leak work often includes multiple areas that are leaking. Leaks will need to be repaired as we find them. Hydropro Leak Detection, LLC will provide the owner with updates as we progress. We do not make any guarantee or commitment that we will find a pool leak after
any certain amount of time. Once we notify the owner with location(s) and information about any located leaks, if any additional leaks are present, Hydropro Leak Detection, LLC will do additional testing free of charge up to 30 days after the initial inspection, any subsequent callbacks will not extend or renew the original term.
Pool epoxy is often used to seal leaking conduits or shell penetrations. This is a temporary repair and may last two weeks or two years. We do not guarantee epoxy repairs. Call backs for suspected continued leakage in bodies of water that had a leak detection performed and were found to not be leaking are subject to a service charge or full leak detection cost at the discretion of Hydropro Leak Detection, LLC or the technician performing the call back.
Hydropro Leak Detection LLC offers warranties on repaired cracks at our discretion. No warranty is given to crack repairs without a warranty statement in the invoice stating the terms, any subsequent repairs or callbacks will not extend or renew the original term. We do not cover the loss of water or chemicals as a part of our warranty. Owners are fully responsible for monitoring after repairs are completed to prevent excessive loss of water and undermining in the event the repair fails. After completion of repairs debris will be cleaned from the work areas to the best of our ability. Final cleaning, refilling, and balancing of pool chemicals will be the responsibility of the customer. Call backs for suspected leakage in bodies of water that did not have a leak detection performed and/or that were repaired but the crack repair was found to not be leaking are subject to a service charge or full leak detection cost at the discretion of Hydropro Leak Detection, LLC or the technician performing the call back.
